We are a disputes-only firm. Disputes are all we do.
  • Our clients include corporations and other major businesses, States, State related bodies and high net worth individuals.

From our base in London, we assist our clients with international litigation and arbitration. We do so by working as an integrated team with leading foreign lawyers around the globe, achieving a seamless service that has afforded us recognition as a market leader in cross border and multi-jurisdictional disputes.

As a disputes only practice, we are frequently trusted by full service law firms both in London and internationally to advise their clients on contentious matters. It is testament to our reputation and our quality that other lawyers trust us with their clients and their matters. This is important to us.

  • With 20 partners, we are comparable in size to the largest commercial disputes teams in the City of London.

Our dynamic team has a reputation for succeeding in some of the most complex and high stakes litigation and international arbitration cases. We do so through the delivery of rapid and effective strategies to meet our clients’ objectives and creative thinking aligned with commercial insight.

Our priority is always the efficient resolution of disputes with minimal business and reputational disruption and we partner with our clients at every step of the process.

The team has a very strategic, straightforward and informal approach to complex cases.
