Enyo Law succeeds in one of The Lawyer’s Top 20 cases of 2025: Jinxin v Aser & Ors [2026] EWHC 765 (Comm)

Jinxin v Aser & Ors [2026] EWHC 765 (Comm)

Following a ten-week Commercial Court trial, where Enyo Law was acting for the two remaining Defendants, Mr Justice Robin Knowles has ruled in favour of Enyo Law’s clients. The Judge rejected entirely complex fraudulent misrepresentation and conspiracy claims brought against the Defendants to the value of over USD660 million. The claims were said to arise out of the sale in 2016 of 65% of the Defendants’ business, MPS Group (a sports media rights agency), to a Chinese investment consortium.

The Enyo Law team was led by partners Nick Jones and Matthew Marshall, instructing Simon Colton KC, Daniel Benedyk and Constantine Fraser of One Essex Court Chambers.
