Enyo Law is pleased to announce the promotion of Evgenia Loewe and Caroline Croft to Partner, further strengthening the firm’s international disputes offering across complex litigation, commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration.
Evgenia has more than 20 years of experience handling multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, with particular expertise in high-stakes shareholder conflicts, derivative actions and sanctions-related litigation. Having worked across New York, Zurich, London and Dubai, and led international litigation teams within multinational industrial businesses for the past 15 years, she brings both substantial disputes experience and a strong understanding of the strategic and commercial pressures clients face in major contentious matters.
Caroline has extensive experience in both commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration, acting for States, companies and individuals in proceedings under the UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC and LCIA rules, as well as under the English Arbitration Act. Her practice spans disputes across sectors including energy, mining, construction and other cross-border commercial matters, and she regularly advises on the merits and prospects of claims submitted to arbitration. Dual-qualified in England and Wales and Paris, Caroline also brings a strong academic dimension to her practice through her teaching and published work in arbitration.
George Maling, Enyo Law’s Senior Partner, said:
“Evgenia and Caroline are both outstanding additions to the partnership. They each bring first-rate international experience, excellent judgement and a clear commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Their promotions also reflect the breadth and quality of Enyo’s disputes practice, from complex litigation through to commercial and investor-state arbitration.”
