LIDW 2024: Clash of Jurisdictions – era of sanctions, anti-suit and anti-anti-suit injunctions?

Enyo Law is co-hosting an event at London International Disputes Week 2024 alongside One Essex Court, ALRUD law firm, and Teynier Pic.

Since 2022, the “West” introduced the largest number of sanctions on Russian related entities in history. Similarly, four years have passed since introduction of the new Russian procedural rules providing for additional judicial protection of Russian entities regarding foreign sanctions. This session will explore the resulting developments and case law.
