Brandon specialises in cross-border disputes with a particular focus on asset recovery, judgment/award enforcement and investigations. He is dual-qualified in England & Wales and New York and has handled complex, high-stakes international disputes across the UK, the US, Europe, Caribbean and Asia. He has acted for a variety of clients including corporates, individuals and financial institutions finding and recovering a range of assets such as artwork, real estate, financial assets, vehicles and aircraft. Brandon also has significant experience representing clients in front of UK and US government authorities.

Background

Brandon received his law degree from Columbia University in New York. Prior to joining Enyo Law, Brandon had been a partner in the Litigation & Investigations team at Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman), where he practiced in both New York and London.
